I had gone into a few dealerships and felt ignored but as soon as I entered your Pennywell Road branch Greg was amazing, he was so helpful and offered me a test drive the next day. I really like the car and the test drive he gave me was very good, he even let me pick up my mother to see if see could get into the car and felt comfortable. She is in her mid 80's and I take her lots of places as that is the only way she can get around. I looked at the web sight and really liked a different car of the same modal which turned out to be at the other branch in Patchway. I was met with the same level of enthusiasm there as Greg and given me by Anabela and Will. They were both very helpful from start to finish making the sale easy, I was even picked up on the sign over day. Even now I am getting help from Anabela sorting out stuff. Everyone involved has been brilliant.
